  5. Your Signature: The physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to represent the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification Process:

If you believe that content you posted was wrongly removed due to misidentification or error, you may file a counter-notification with us, including:

  1. Your Physical or Electronic Signature.
  2. Identification of the Material: Specify the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, as per the Estonian Copyright Act.
